Responsible party to provide a major credit card with a minimum of $2,500.00 credit that will cover your insurance and damage deposit at the time we accept your reservation. We will require an advance of 50% of your total due paid at the time your reservation is confirmed which is a non-refundable security deposit if made with in 8 weeks of your reservation. Security deposits to cover week end nights are immediately non-refundable.

Indicate the responsible parties name and contact information on a separate sheet of paper or letter as well as the dates you are reserving for.
The balance owing is due from the responsible party upon check in and must be paid by a cashiers check, bank check, money order or personal check with a major credit card bearing the same name as the check tendered to W D Hobson Real Estate P.C..
We provide a property condition check off list for the responsible party to initial at check in and check out. A representative or owner will accompany the responsible party at check in and or check out. Upon agreeing to lease the facility, the owner accepts no liability for injury by guests or associates of the guests while on or off the property

Deer Trail Lodge comes completely furnished.
We ask that you use care and treat the lodge, floor coverings and furnishings like your own as we would like to have you or your friends back as guests some day.
We furnish the kitchen with service for 16 as far as plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen towels etc. For larger groups, you will want to bring paper plates and plastic cups/glasses and plastic ware.
All beds come made up with bedding. (A maximum of 16 adults, 18yrs+ sleeping in the building.)
In an effort to keep our prices low we provide 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom at check in. Bring all the toilet paper that will be needed for your group. (there is a general store at the Lake) You provide your own bath towels. We do not provide maid service.
All garbage is required to be bagged in good quality tear resistant bags and put in or next to the trash cans behind the propane tank next to the large pine tree. For guests staying multiple nights, you may need to dispose of your trash at the large dumpsters located on the north shore of Panguitich Lake.
Guests are required to control noise levels after dark.
There are other guests as well as cabin owners in the area and we ask that all parties be respectful.
No controlled substances will be allowed on the property.
Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with Utah Law.
Children must never be left unattended at any time in our around the Lodge property. There is a running stream located at the boarder of the rear lawn as well as other streams and lakes near by.
Fires in the fireplaces, fire pit or while using bar-be-que equipment must be tended constantly by a responsible adult while a fire or embers are present and put completely out before retiring to bed.
